Intro to AIWB (appendix carry) 1 day

Appendix carry is, in this humble shooter’s opinion, the most efficient way to carry. Come see why. Topics covered:

GEAR AND GARMENT considerations

PRESENTATION (includes a re-examination of your grip, sights, and trigger fundamentals)

START POSITIONS (if the moment chooses you, you won’t likely be in your high noon gamer stance)

RELOADS (because you just never know)

THROTTLE CONTROL (balancing speed and accuracy is key)

**NOTE: this is not a beginner course. Students are expected to have safety and basic gun handling squared away. Any student exhibiting unsafe habits will be asked to leave without a refund.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

One semi-automatic handgun

At least three magazines

One AIWB (appendix) holster with either an attached (preferred) or separate mag caddy (kydex only, no leather or nylon; see Tier 1 Concealed, Havok Holsters, McKinaTec, etc.)

Sturdy belt

400 rounds of ammo

Eye and ear protection

Weather-appropriate clothing with cover garment (button-down shirts not recommended)

Sharpie
